Coping with Overwhelm

We can become overwhelmed by tiring to do to many things at once. When you are tiring to keep quality standards, reach outcomes, construct schedules and work within budgeting limitations prevent panic rising by reducing and focusing on the things that help you achieve your goals the quickest. Use a simple grading system quadrant, 1. things that are both important and urgent, 2. things that are important but not so urgent, 3. Things that are urgent but not so important, 4. things that are neither important nor urgent. Take Action First: Ditch list 4. who needs that stuff.
